Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Autom8Way automation services provided by Highland Labs ("we", "us") to you as our client. Your accepted proposal forms part of these terms.

1. The service

We design, build, run, monitor and maintain the automations described in your accepted proposal. Anything outside that scope needs a new or revised proposal.

Our products (section 2) are subscriptions to ready-made software for your industry; the rest of these terms apply to them too.

2. Products (subscriptions)

Autom8Way for Contractors, Restaurants, Hotels, Facility Management and Services are monthly or yearly subscriptions.

The first month is free. Billing starts only when you confirm you want to continue.

There is no setup fee: we set the product up and bring in your existing data.

The plan and price are those on our Pricing page for your region when you confirm, or in your written offer. Monthly plans are billed in advance; yearly plans are billed in advance for 12 months.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

3. Proposals

Each proposal states the scope, the one-time build fee and the monthly fee. A change to scope or price is issued as a new proposal version; the version you accept is the one that applies.

4. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information about the process and the results you expect

Authorise the access the automation needs, and keep your own passwords secure

Review and approve results and actions where the service asks you to

Keep the systems the automation depends on available and paid for

5. Access to your systems

We use only the access you authorise, only for the automations you approved. Credentials are encrypted before they are stored, and you can revoke access at any time; an automation that loses access stops until access is restored.

6. First live run

Before an automation runs for real the first time, you confirm it is ready. Billing starts only after the first automation is confirmed working.

7. Fees and payment

The build fee and the monthly fee are set in your accepted proposal. The monthly fee is billed in advance.

If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after its due date, we may pause your automations after giving you notice, and resume them once it is paid.

8. Results and decisions

We check every result the automation produces. You remain responsible for the business, financial and tax decisions you make with those results. We do not give tax or legal advice.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Term and cancellation

Automations run month to month; products run for the month or year you chose. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy.

11. Confidentiality and data

We keep your information confidential and use it only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.

12. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
