Automations
Every automation is different, so every client gets a written quote after a short discovery call. The quote always has the same two parts, so you know exactly what you pay and when.
What you pay
A one-time build fee: we map the process, build the automation, test it on your real data and run it with you until it is confirmed working.
A monthly fee: we run it on schedule, monitor every run, fix it when a system it depends on changes, and support you.

How often it runs
How many documents or transactions it handles
How many exceptions and approvals it needs
The support level and response time you need
Automations that need a dedicated Windows machine (for example, desktop Excel) include that machine as a separate, named line in the quote.
When you are charged
Nothing is charged until your first automation is confirmed working. From then on the monthly fee is billed each month in advance.
Prices are quoted excluding VAT; VAT is added where it applies.
Prices are shown in the currency agreed in your proposal.
